RETURNS & SHIPPING

As of June 2017, please be advised that GRAYTER would be more than delighted to facilitate exchanges; however, we are unable to facilitate refunds.

RETURNS

For T-Shirts:

When shipment tracking is provided, we ask that you make your return within two (2) weeks of the delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. We consider returns for the following reasons: 

Wrong Address- If an incorrect address that is considered insufficient by the courier is submitted, the shipment will be returned to GRAYTER. If you noticed you input the wrong address prior to delivery or you don't receive your product within two weeks of expected delivery, please contact GRAYTER for reshipment options. Once we confirm an updated address, please be advised that you are liable for reshipment costs. 

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed 30 days after delivery are returned to GRAYTER. If the shipping address was correct & you don't receive your product within two weeks of expected delivery, please contact us at admin@grayter.co for reshipment options. Please be advised that in some cases, you are liable for reshipment costs.

Wrong Size: If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated in your order. If you have additional issues, please contact us at admin@grayter.co to discuss your exchange options. 

To begin your return process, we request that you adhere to the following within 14 days after your product(s) were delivered: 1). Forward your "Shipment Delivered" email to: admin@grayter.co, for date verification and 2). Explain the issues with your order.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also work with you to facilitate a size exchange and the delivery of your exchanged item.

Late or missing refunds (when available)**

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at admin@grayter.co. Prior to our correspondence, we recommend that you:

  1. Review your bank account again
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

All sale items are final sale. 

Gifts (when Refunds available)**

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you contact us about the exchange of your gift (admin@grayter.co), we will then work with you to facilitate a gift certificate for future purposes.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will work to facilitate a refund for the gift giver.

Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering, however, please allow up to 1 week for products to ship.

To return your product to GRAYTER, please ship your item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item (s) over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
